The aim is to make roller skiing more accessible to more people, whether you're a beginner who wants to get started or an experienced skier who wants to train hard without feeling that every downhill is a gamble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the heart of RollerSafe is a more controlled experience in situations where roller skis are traditionally perceived as most demanding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>when the speed gets high<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>when the surface varies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>when you need to brake quickly and controlled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How RollerSafe brakes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RollerSafe is designed to give you braking that feels natural in a roller skiing session, without complicated grips or mechanical solutions that interfere with your technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The system consists of three main parts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A wireless brake rigger<\/strong> which is mounted on the rod<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A receiver on the roller ski<\/strong> that receives the signal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A hydraulic pump<\/strong> which activates the brake<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you press the brake trigger on the wand, it sends a <strong>radio frequency wireless signal<\/strong> to the ski. This signal initiates a <strong>hydraulic pump<\/strong>which brakes directly on the rim of the wheel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make this both robust and efficient, RollerSafe has been developed with <strong>special wheels<\/strong>the <strong>the rim acts as a brake disc<\/strong>.
