Order and Contract Formation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An Agreement is formed when you receive an <strong>order confirmation by email<\/strong>.<br>We reserve the right to cancel or correct orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or technical mistakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Prices and Taxes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prices are shown in <strong>NOK include VAT <\/strong>et <strong>EUR exclude VAT<\/strong>, clearly stated at checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs are calculated and shown before payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotional offers may have separate conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accepted payment methods: <strong>Visa \/ Mastercard \/ Klarna \/ American Express\/ PayPal<\/strong><br>Payment is normally captured when the order is shipped (or earlier if stated).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Delivery and Shipping<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Delivery area:<\/strong> Norway \/ International<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estimated delivery time:<\/strong> 2-7 business days (subject to availability and carrier delays)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Risk transfer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consumers: Risk passes upon physical receipt of the Product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business customers: Risk passes when handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transport damage must be reported without undue delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><br><\/strong><strong>8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumers have a <strong>14-day right of withdrawal<\/strong> from the day the Product is received, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must notify us clearly before the deadline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping costs are normally borne by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are issued within 14 days after return or proof of return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exceptions apply for custom-made or hygiene-sealed products, as permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Returns (Voluntary Policy)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to statutory rights, we may offer a voluntary return policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Return period:<\/strong> 30 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condition:<\/strong> Unused, undamaged, original packaging<br>This does not limit your legal rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Complaints and Defects<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumers may complain about defective Products within a reasonable time.<br>Statutory complaint period is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2 years<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5 years<\/strong> if the Product is intended to last significantly longer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valid complaints may entitle you to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with Norwegian law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Product Use and Safety<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some Products may be <strong>safety-critical<\/strong> and require correct installation, maintenance, and use according to manuals and instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SmartGroup is not liable for damage caused by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incorrect installation or misuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized modifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use contrary to provided instructions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Liability and Limitations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For business customers, SmartGroup is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, unless required by mandatory law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>14. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content on the Website (text, images, manuals, trademarks) is owned by SmartGroup AS or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>15.
