Du kan g\u00e5 i brattere og mer krevende terreng \u2013 du kommer i bedre form, raskere!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sammen med student Fredrik Frossdal ved Norges idrettsh\u00f8gskole har vi gjennomf\u00f8rt et prosjekt for \u00e5 kartlegge trenings effekten og arbeids\u00f8konomien p\u00e5 rulleski. I denne artikkelen fremhever vi noen viktige faktorer som p\u00e5virker hvor effektiv trening du kan f\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Langrenn er effektiv og sk\u00e5nsom trening<\/strong><br>Langrenn regnes som en aktivitet med lav risiko for akutt skade. Denne treningsformen forbedrer hjertefunksjonen, p\u00e5virker metabolismen og er anti-inflammatorisk. Du oppn\u00e5r de samme positive effektene ved \u00e5 bruke rulleski om sommeren. Det finnes ingen tilsvarende skadestatistikk p\u00e5 rulleski, men det er kjent at bremsing p\u00e5 asfalt er en stor hindring og betraktes som en risikofaktor for mange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Trening i variert terreng gir bedre og raskere effekt<\/strong><br>\u00c5 g\u00e5 p\u00e5 ski i variert terreng gj\u00f8r h\u00f8yintensitetstrening mulig, og med rulleski med bremser er denne treningsformen mulig hele \u00e5ret. Det er ikke ukjent at trening med rulleski kan v\u00e6re monotont fordi g\u00e5ing i variert terreng \u00f8ker risikoen for skade, men med RollerSafe er det mulig \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 samme trenings effekt \u00e5ret rundt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forskningsdata indikerer at du dobbler trenings effekten per time med h\u00f8yere puls, noe som er vanskelig \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 p\u00e5 rulleski uten \u00e5 g\u00e5 oppover.<br>Rulleskil\u00f8yper er ofte tilpasset trening i kupert terreng (for eksempel Holmenkollen), men sv\u00e6rt f\u00e5 ut\u00f8vere bruker l\u00f8ypene om sommeren. RollerSafe har en brukervennlig og integrert l\u00f8sning som gj\u00f8r bremsing enkelt og trygt selv i variert terreng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Optimale bremser for optimal trening<\/strong><br>Tidligere var det f\u00e5 gode bremsealternativer p\u00e5 rulleski, og det kreves mye trening for \u00e5 beherske aktiviteten. Heldigvis finnes det n\u00e5 rulleskibremser, som gj\u00f8r det tryggere b\u00e5de for nybegynnere og erfarne skil\u00f8pere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valget st\u00e5r mellom mekaniske bremser og elektriske. Mekaniske bremser fungerer innenfor kontrollert bruk, men de har klare begrensninger n\u00e5r det gjelder hastighet, terreng og underlag. Dette vises ofte i form av l\u00f8sninger som krever spesielt god balanse eller kropps kontroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RollerSafe med elektroniske bremser gir en betydelig mer brukervennlig bremse som ikke stiller de samme kravene til skil\u00f8perens ferdigheter eller bruksomr\u00e5de.
