The RS brake trigger fits with our adapter for Swix handles. The brake trigger is mounted on top of your ski pole. We have developed an adapter that only fits Swix handles with a 16 mm round diameter. This handle can be purchased in our online store, or you can buy the entire pole at a sports shop.
It's easy to remove the handle and switch to a new one! Here's our guide:
- Fill a bowl with water around 75 degrees.
- Place the handle attached to the pole in the bowl of water for a few minutes.
- Remove the pole and pull the handle off the pole.
- Place the new handle on the pole before the glue hardens. Adjust and wait a few minutes until it sets.
You can use a cross-country ski pole for roller skiing, but you need to switch the basket from snow to summer.
